For scope 2, yes, for your datacenters we take into account your carbon energy factor and PuE. For scope 3, when you purchase public cloud resources we provide the scope 1 and 2 of the cloud provider.

When you connect OxygenIT to your public cloud provider or your on-premise infrastructure for the first time, it takes a few minutes to get the entirety of your carbon emissions from the provider and your infrastructure, the time depends on the number of servers and the capacity of your infrastructure.
